Other than the obvious British-Canadian English differences such as biscuits instead of cookies, I've noticed a few more:

• When we were on the train from Edinburgh to Aberdeen, the conductor announced the next stop saying, "This train shall stop at ______." Shall is not used very often in Canada.
• An expression that is common when travelliing by train or the tube is: "Alight here for ______." In Canada, we get off or exit but we don't tend to alight. At home I only see the word used in crossword puzzles.
• The train had a sign pointing to the WC, which stands for Water Closet i.e., restroom.
• I see adverts for bespoke kitchens, suits etc. It means custom-made and I think sounds very lovely and old-fashioned.
